OK, anyone getting married should do it in such a beautiful setting as this. All of the Napa Valley is awesome, but this place is something else. And, of course, if you throw two people who are as beautiful as Jillian and Chad into the scene, well.... This was a small wedding and everyone was really great to be around. Jillian didn't want a great deal of pomp and circumstance, her entire purpose was to marry and enjoy the people who had come so far to be with them. She was very calm and relaxed throughout the entire getting ready part, but the tears came quick when it was time for her to see Chad. She was so sweet. (She really is as sweet as she looks on camera, by the way!).

Food is something they have excellent taste in, and this seemed to carry over on to the cake, which Chad actually designed. I was so impressed! I mean, how many grooms do that? (OK, so once I had a groom design a Darth Vader Cake, but come on, no contest!)

I really enjoyed meeting and working with everyone there, and its giving me all the more reason to try and get back to Chicago, which I love.

(And Kudos to your sis, Jillian, for managing to keep the kids from actually getting in the pool! Can't say the same about Chad's mom, but at least she can swim, right?)
